Payments Analyst - RS Law Trust Operations

As part of the Finance & Trust Operations team, you will engage in the timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments while ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliation of trust accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile all incoming payment channels

• Maintain accurate logs for all financial transactions

• Confirm receipts and communicate with internal teams

• Record trust transactions in legal accounting software

• Support month-end reconciliations for financial reporting

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in financial operations

• Experience with trust and legal accounting software

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Canadian banking systems

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
