Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely

• Complete month-end reconciliations and address variances

• Escalate issues to the Finance Operations Manager

• Collaborate with departments for accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2-3 years in finance operations or accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving

• Effective communication skills in a team setting
