- Processing member updates, including banking, address, name, and language changes
- Tracking and managing cases through Tasknet, including generating reports to monitor case progress
- Handling tax-related updates, including initial and additional tax deductions, ensuring updates are processed in alignment with payroll cycles (end of month and beginning of month)
- Reviewing and processing TD1 forms, NR301 forms including coordinating form mailings
- Preparing and coordinating T4A and RL-V2 mailings
- Assigning mailings to C’Ops and drafting related correspondence, including tax request forms
- Sending reach‑out letters to members for missing or incomplete information
- Responding to plan inquiries via email and assigning callbacks where required
- Managing and responding personal mail inboxes regarding ongoing cases and member assistance
- Supporting the team in carrying out various mandates and special projects
- Increasing our clients’ satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests as well as those of the participants and trustees
- Suggesting improvements to our various processes
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science or another relevant field of study
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to details
- Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
French would be an asset - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
