Position: Contract Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity
Join Vaco by Highspring as a Senior Financial Analyst on a contract basis. This pivotal role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with IFRS.

In this 6-month contract role, you will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, preparing consolidated statements, and providing valuable insights to management. The analysis of monthly results and development of financial models will be central to your responsibilities, impacting business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare variance analysis against budgets

• Develop financial forecasts and models

• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards

• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices

Requirements:

• CPA designation or nearing completion; CFA/MBA an asset

• 3–6 years in financial analysis or accounting

• Proficient knowledge of IFRS

• Advanced skills in Excel and modeling

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
