Group Annuity Pricing Associate Director

This role invites seasoned professionals with extensive experience in life insurance and reinsurance pricing. As part of the pricing team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts, mentor actuarial staff, and implement strategic initiatives. Your leadership will be critical in navigating complex transactions and driving the success of the group annuity business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and oversee group annuity pricing strategies

• Mentor and develop actuarial staff for quality outputs

• Build strong client relationships and manage negotiations

• Drive strategic initiatives using AI and technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, or similar

• FSA/FCIA designation and 10+ years of relevant experience

• Advanced skills with actuarial tools like GGY Axis

• Strong communication and customer management capabilities

• Ability to analyze complex data for strategic decisions
