Pre-Fund Quality Assurance Analyst at WealthONE

Join WealthONE as a Pre-Fund Quality Assurance Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring lending product quality. This hybrid position focuses on credit reviews for mortgages, loans, and lines of credit.

In this junior to mid-level role, reporting to the Director of Credit Risk, you will conduct quality assurance credit reviews using established processes. The position requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of lending practices, as well as the ability to interpret complex underwriting documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation

• Review loan data input in the application origination system

• Validate discrepancies in underwriter credit decisions and documentation

• Recalculate Loan to Value and debt service ratios

• Prepare QA worksheets and monthly summary reports

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or over 2 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of lending methodologies and processes

• Previous Mortgage Underwriting or QA experience preferred

• Strong understanding of credit risk management principles

• Proficient in MS Office suite and analytical thinking
