Manager of Regulatory Reporting

This position involves overseeing the complete regulatory reporting process, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will prepare and review regulatory returns, reconcile variances, and coordinate with stakeholders for certifications. Your expertise will support internal audits, identify process improvements, and assist the Senior Manager with financial requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review regulatory returns compliantly

• Reconcile returns with the general ledger and resolve variances

• Identify and explain variances quarterly and year-over-year

• Coordinate with stakeholders for regulatory certifications

• Support internal audits with required information

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 2–5 years in financial or regulatory reporting

• Strong analytical skills are essential

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
