Responsibilities Supports the management and execution of the group's employee programs or strategic projects, including providing input to design, development, and execution.
Supports the execution of program components working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and seamless delivery.
Helps determine business priorities and the best sequence for execution of the business/group strategy.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
Supports the development of tailored messaging, which includes writing, editing and distributing communications.
Defines learning objectives, describes tasks and activities, estimates the resource requirements, and creates detailed design structure.
Assists in the planning and execution of internal events and conferences.
Conducts design analysis, scopes project objectives, and analyzes target audience expectations.
Communicates and reinforces program principles, strategies, processes and standards in all operational activities.
Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
Tracks exception requests and corresponding approvals.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
Verbal and written communication skills – in-depth.
Collaboration and team skills – in-depth.
Analytical and problem solving skills – in-depth.
Influence skills – in-depth.
Data driven decision making – in-depth.
Salary 56,000. (Salaried). This represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
