As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in evaluating M&A opportunities, analyzing financial statements, and coordinating project logistics. Your expertise will drive results for clients during divestiture, financing, and acquisition phases. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, this position allows you to assist clients in navigating complex transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate M&A opportunities for financial and corporate clients

• Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with stakeholders

• Conduct detailed quality of earnings and asset analysis

• Prepare financial forecasts and technical analyses

• Research market trends and provide insights for clients

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• Minimum 3 years in professional services

• Extensive experience in financial statement preparation

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Flexibility to travel as required
