As a director, you will lead management reporting processes, oversee five-year earnings planning, and enhance financial condition testing. Engage in initiatives that integrate financial goals with business strategy across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present management reports and financial analysis to stakeholders

• Guide the preparation of the corporate five-year earnings plan

• Implement Canada-level cash flow forecasting initiatives

• Challenge business units on financial targets and objectives

• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and collaborations

Requirements:

• University degree in finance with 7+ years of experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
