Global EOR Equity Services Manager

Your mission will be to oversee equity payroll processes while advising clients on compliance responsibilities under the EOR employment model. Leading a small team, you will leverage your knowledge of equity compliance to support our growing program across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of global EOR Equity Services
• Advise clients on equity compliance and payroll obligations
• Monitor key filing calendars and compliance requirements
• Collaborate across functions for seamless operations
• Implement process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Finance, or similar
• 8-10+ years in equity compliance management
• Deep knowledge of NSOs and RSUs
• Proven project management abilities across multiple regions
• Strong client communication skills
