Position: Scarborough Director of Finance Role
Step into a strategic finance leadership role as the Director of Finance based in Scarborough, Ontario. You'll drive financial operations, support key HR initiatives, and impact long-term care.

This position reports directly to the CEO and encompasses oversight of financial operations, budgeting, payroll, and regulatory compliance. With a focus on helping the senior leadership team make informed decisions, you'll ensure the financial health and operational success of the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in developing long-term strategies and enhancing financial system efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations and strategic planning

• Oversee payroll, benefits, and financial reporting

• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget

• Provide financial analysis for executive decision-making

• Ensure compliance with financial legislation and funding

Requirements:

• CPA designation required (CA, CGA, CMA or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years in senior financial leadership

• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred

• Strong knowledge of budgeting and audits

• Proven leadership and communication skills
