Key Responsibilities:

• Identify merger and acquisition opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance

• CPA, MBA, or similar qualifications required

• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities

• Demonstrated project leadership and initiative

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and valuation
