Bilingual Trade Services Administrator at Aviso

In this 6-month role, you will report to the Supervisor of Trade Services. Your responsibilities include processing GICs and trade corrections, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will utilize your judgment to address issues daily, providing valuable support to internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate daily settlement totals

• Process GIC purchases and settlements

• Correct trade errors and monitor rejections

• Communicate with Mutual Fund Companies effectively

• Address queries from other departments promptly

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in financial operations

• Fluent in English and French

• Knowledge of Dataphile and Fundserv is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
