Key Responsibilities:

• Research regulatory impacts on global financial crimes

• Develop strategic materials for senior leadership

• Track governance activities and prepare executive reports

• Coordinate initiatives across Financial Crimes Advisory and other teams

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AML, payments, or regulatory compliance

• Strong understanding of financial crimes and payment systems

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Adept at synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations
