Position: Senior FP&A Manager Downtown

Our client seeks a Senior Manager for a 12-month contract in downtown Toronto, requiring in-office work two days a week. This role emphasizes strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and delivering comprehensive variance analyses for executive review. You will partner with senior leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and nurturing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and multi-year plans

• Build financial models for scenario and capital planning

• Deliver variance analysis with insights and recommendations

• Align financial strategies with organizational targets

• Prepare financial analyses and audit-support schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• CPA designation or MBA preferred

• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency

• Experience in multi-entity organizations
