Associate in Quantitative Development

TD Securities is seeking a Quantitative Associate in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on derivatives operations and requires expertise in mathematics and pricing analysis.

As a member of the Quantitative Engineering & Development team, you will support daily trading operations and collaborate closely with trading teams. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating system discrepancies and maintaining the integrity of our book-of-record system, Sophis. You will also assist in testing system releases while documenting processes clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily operations for trading teams

• Investigate product discrepancies in derivatives

• Uphold data integrity within Sophis system

• Support trading desk activities regularly

• Document processes in detail following developments

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of derivatives operations experience

• Graduate-level background in mathematics or finance

• Knowledge of equity derivatives pricing

• Proficient in Python and spreadsheet analysis

• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Calypso systems
