Senior Manager, FP&A

About Our Client:
Our Toronto-based client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, FP&A. This position is full‑time and based in the office.

• Lead the annual budget end‑to‑end: calendar, templates, assumptions, and ownership across entities.
• Monitor results against the initiatives set during the budget process, flagging what is on track, slipping, or at risk to the plan.
• Build a rolling forecast process from scratch, plus a multi‑year plan tied to strategy, with cadence, ownership, and scenario analysis to provide a current credible view of our direction.
• Deliver timely analysis of actuals versus budget and prior year, explaining the drivers, not just the deltas.
• Own the quarterly finance package.
• Work with the finance leads at each partner company to drive consistent budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; partner with operators on P&L, headcount, unit economics, and ad‑hoc strategic analysis.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Controllership team.

• Designated CPA or designated CFA.
• Over seven years of progressive finance & accounting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple priorities.

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
