Reporting to the Controller, you will support the rent increase process, prepare utility budgets, and analyze financial performance to assist management’s strategic initiatives.

Your role will also include managing realty taxes and aiding in property transitions while utilizing tools like Excel for complex modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct revenue analysis for rent increases

• Plan and organize utility and revenue budgets

• Review and analyze utility bills for trends

• Oversee realty tax compliance and appeals

• Deliver timely financial performance analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management and CPA candidacy

• 3-5 years experience in financial roles

• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience with Yardi software a plus
