As a LLQP certified Prospr Advisor, your role emphasizes proactive client engagement with both new and existing insurance and investment clients. Your strong problem-solving skills will shine as you help clients navigate financial needs, and ensure they are prepared for retirement with relevant planning tools. Collaboration with the Branch Manager and support teams is essential for staying updated on product offerings and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with insurance clients via phone and digital tools

• Assess financial needs and recommend insurance solutions

• Help clients plan for retirement using effective tools

• Maintain licensing as an Insurance Advisor across Canada

• Identify opportunities to improve client experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience

• Valid sales and service experience in insurance

• Strong knowledge of retail insurance products

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
