Position: Pension Outsourcing Associate Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for client service delivery

• Review Analysts' work and provide feedback

• Enhance retirement administration expertise

• Create internal client manuals as required

• Manage team progress against established goals

Requirements:

• 6 to 9 years in defined benefits plan administration

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in mathematics, statistics, or finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Fluency in English and French for Quebec candidates
