As a Senior Director, you will spearhead client discussions and oversee high-value deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and implement strategic solutions. Your expertise in structuring and negotiating deals, combined with your strong credit risk assessment, will play a crucial role in supporting both new business efforts and existing client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client discussions and syndicate oversight
• Structure high-value, complex deals and credit approvals
• Manage key client portfolios, focusing on retention
• Develop cross-selling initiatives to drive revenue
• Deliver performance reports to bank leadership
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Relationship Management or Portfolio Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
• Expertise in Credit Risk Assessment and Negotiation
• Proficient in Portfolio Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong understanding of product knowledge and market dynamics
