As a key member of the THINK Financial team, your role will include reviewing and verifying mortgage applications in line with company guidelines and AML regulations. You will work independently while also collaborating with fellow THINKers and partners in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage applications for accuracy and compliance

• Document clear notes in the underwriting system

• Make timely and accurate credit decisions

• Handle difficult situations using sound judgment

• Stay updated with lenders and real estate changes

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Mortgage Underwriting experience

• Experience in the Mortgage or Real Estate sectors

• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Slack)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
