Indigenous Mortgage Services Internship

This internship at Equitable Bank provides Indigenous students the chance to contribute to meaningful research. You'll support various teams in Mortgage Services, working on strategic initiatives and understanding operational roles. This role is situated in Toronto with a possibility of being fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to understand key mortgage functions
• Conduct research on barriers to mortgages for Indigenous peoples
• Assist with day-to-day operations in the business group
• Participate in team meetings and provide relevant insights
• Deliver a final report with findings and recommendations
Requirements:
• Indigenous student or recent graduate from a college or university
• Knowledge of business and finance is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
Contribute to impactful research and foster inclusion in banking as part of EQ's commitment to Indigenous communities.
