Vice President, Financial Institutions Group

• Lead origination and execution of complex corporate financing transactions

• Build and manage senior client relationships and participate in business development

• Oversee financial and credit analysis for transaction recommendations

• Monitor market conditions and provide insights to clients

• Mentor Analysts and promote best practices within the team

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

• 5–8 years experience in corporate banking or related fields

• Strong experience in corporate lending and financing analysis

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
