Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing client accounts and identify engagement opportunities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests

• Provide proactive client service through problem resolution

• Manage incoming communications from clients and partners

• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business applications

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience in the securities industry is preferred
