In this full-time associate role, you will report to the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy. Collaborate with the M&A team to build acquisition pipelines, support financial modeling, and participate in live deals. Your expertise will significantly impact healthcare outcomes through successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage acquisition target pipelines

• Execute market intelligence and competitive analysis

• Create financial models for acquisition evaluation

• Conduct due diligence on prospective deals

• Draft necessary investment memorandums

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting

• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation

• Interest in healthcare technology is preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Organized in managing multiple deal processes
