Position: Director of Corporate Finance at RBC

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate Banking team to achieve the objectives of the Corporate Client Group. Your expertise will guide the structuring, delivery, and management of bank debt for prominent Canadian subsidiaries, ensuring they meet revenue targets. You'll also support CCG relationship managers in preparing marketing pitches and engaging with partners across various banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and monitor syndicated and bi-lateral loan transactions

• Prepare marketing presentations for existing and potential clients

• Collaborate with Group Risk Management to align credit processes

• Provide analytical support to inform client strategies

• Participate in the CCG Finance team for quality product delivery

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Finance

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Knowledge of credit structuring and agreements

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
