Safehaven is embarking on significant modernization and is seeking a Finance Director to lead FP&A and oversee financial operations. This role demands strong experience in budgeting, compliance reporting, and managing outsourced partnerships. You will play a critical part in integrating financial operations with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outsourced accounting functions with a focus on quality

• Ensure timely, accurate regulatory and funder submissions

• Lead comprehensive budgeting and cash forecasting processes

• Integrate modern technologies into finance frameworks

• Enhance stewardship reporting for donor initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in finance, mainly in non-profit settings

• Experience with financial audits and reporting standards

• Leadership in a blended finance model

• Familiarity with ADP payroll systems

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
