Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements of commercial properties

• Review third-party appraisal and environmental reports

• Prepare loan summaries and manage client communications

• Monitor ongoing construction loan draws

• Assist in training team members and support loan transactions

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in CMHC and construction financing

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial real estate role

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of real estate lending regulations

• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
