As part of the Canada Finance Leadership team, you will engage with key business leaders while managing critical financial initiatives. Your tasks will include overseeing monthly financial processes, optimizing investment returns, and developing talented Senior Financial Analysts. Success requires strategic collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer financial leadership to facilitate business decisions

• Support the development of forecasts and strategic plans

• Manage compliance and month-end financial close operations

• Mentor and evaluate performance for Senior Financial Analysts

• Provide financial training to improve team acumen

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; professional accreditation is a plus

• Minimum 5+ years in finance within consumer packaged goods

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Expertise in Excel and SAP S/4 required

• Capacity to oversee compliance and risk management
