Requirements:
• 8+ years in Relationship, Account, or Portfolio Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
