Senior Advisor, Governance and Leadership Enablement

of the Commercial and PB1859 sector, which is accelerating. As Senior Advisor, Governance and Leadership Enablement , you will help define the strategic vision for the
Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector by supporting senior leadership
through in-depth analyses and recommendations aligned with business challenges.

This position reports to theVice
President & Head, Ontario - Commercial Banking, Private Banking 1859 and National
Client Group.

Your Role:

• Understand
  business challenges and support senior leadership in developing the
  strategic vision and plan for the Enterprises and Private Management
  sector.
• Assist
  executive leaders in the sector with strategic thinking and planning by
  providing in-depth analyses and recommendations based on market trends and
  business objectives.
• Support
  the VP and members of their executive committee in preparing presentations
  for the EDD and/or the Board of Directors.
• Prepare
  and follow up on working sessions (e.g., stress-testing) with the N2-N3
  executive committee, as well as any deliverables or priorities that
  emerge.
• Lead
  the prioritization exercises for strategic initiatives in the Enterprises
  and Private Management sector and monitor the project portfolio.
• Conduct
  market and competitive intelligence.

Your Team:

Reporting to the Vice President & Head,
Ontario, you will work closely with the leadership team and the strategy team.
