As an Associate Director, you will lead the management of third-party risks within RBC's commercial banking and insurance sectors. Collaborating closely with diverse teams, you will provide insightful oversight on risk indicators and regulatory challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the TPRM vision and execute effective oversight

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships for collaborative risk management

• Conduct thematic reviews to assess control effectiveness

• Review third-party risk-related outputs and plans

• Monitor NSTPs and identify process gaps

Requirements:

• 7-10 years in third-party risk and financial services

• Relevant University degree required

• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills

• Strong understanding of risk governance frameworks

• Professional Risk Management certification preferred
