Operations Officer in Finance

Position: Operations Officer in Finance Sector
Elevate your career as an Operations Officer within a leading financial institution. This role focuses on processing loan and trade finance transactions accurately and timely.

We are searching for an experienced Operations Officer with a minimum of three years in the financial services sector. You will ensure that loan and trade finance transactions settle on time while collaborating with account managers and adhering to regulatory requirements. Your expertise in communication and finance will drive successful partnerships and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan and trade finance transactions as instructed

• Ensure settlement of transactions occurs accurately and on time

• Prepare payment and message instructions for transactions

• Manage loan drawdown, interest rate resetting, and repayments

• Conduct compliance reviews and FINTRAC reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum college/university degree, finance preferred

• At least 3 years’ experience in a financial institution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
