You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Canadian and US tax regulations. This role involves coaching teams, solving complex business issues, and ensuring compliance in tax-related matters. Your ability to build client relationships and recommend strategies will be crucial to optimizing their global mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Vialto teams, ensuring effective collaboration

• Develop solutions for complex business tax challenges

• Review tax filings for mobile employees timely

• Collaborate with HR and finance on payroll taxes

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within clients

Requirements:

• 7+ years of global mobility tax experience

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder relationship management

• Experience in project management and workflow oversight

• Knowledge of digitization in tax services

• Bachelor's Degree + CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent
