Position: Manager of UAT for BMO Financial Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user acceptance testing across various projects

• Develop and maintain detailed test cases and exit reports

• Provide guidance on UAT recommendations to business stakeholders

• Monitor and track UAT performance results and issues

• Implement testing automation to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of testing experience, preferably in financial services

• Proficient understanding of project delivery frameworks

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decisions

• In-depth communication and collaborative abilities
