Position: Head of Finance for Michigan Rail

You will oversee key finance functions for Michigan Rail, ensuring accurate financial statement preparation and compliance in partnership with the JV. With a strong background in accounting or asset management, you will drive liquidity forecasts while effectively communicating across teams. Your analytical skills will enhance decision-making within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audited financial statements with JV partner

• Manage financial forecasts and distributions

• Ensure tax compliance and provision oversight

• Maintain valuation models for strategic decisions

• Provide performance updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• Preferred CPA, CA, CFA qualification

• Minimum 7 years in corporate finance

• Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise

• Effective communication across departments
