Questrade Senior Manager, Financial Planning

You will be integral to shaping the financial landscape  the Senior Manager, FP&A, you are responsible for leading comprehensive planning and analysis efforts that support the company’s growth. Use your strong analytical skills to model scenarios, report on variances, and communicate insights to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain long-range planning and revenue projection models

• Lead budget creation and quarterly financial forecasting

• Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and Boards

• Drive scenario analysis for various lending initiatives

• Provide analytical support for pricing and profitability decisions

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in FP&A or related finance roles

• Proven skills in complex modeling and analytics

• In-depth knowledge of consumer lending economics

• Proficient in Excel and SQL

• Relevant educational background; advanced certifications advantageous
