As a current Indigenous student or recent graduate, you'll conduct impactful research and collaborate with various teams within the company. Your internship will provide hands-on experience supporting specific group initiatives and day-to-day operations, while also drawing on your lived experiences to address systemic issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate through teams within Mortgage Services to understand operations
• Conduct research on mortgage accessibility for Indigenous peoples
• Collaborate with peer interns on research initiatives
• Develop and present a final report with findings
• Assist in daily operational tasks and team projects
Requirements:
• Enrolled Indigenous student or recent graduate
• Knowledge in business and finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail in all tasks
