As a Pension Outsourcing Senior Analyst, your role will involve managing daily client interactions, mentoring team members, and participating in diverse projects related to retirement plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as daily client contact, ensuring service delivery

• Oversee and review outputs from Analysts

• Create internal documentation for client plans

• Resolve complex queries raised by clients

• Identify efficiency improvements within client teams

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in defined benefit administration

• Degree in mathematics, finance, or similar

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
