Wellington Management is searching for a seasoned Relationship Manager to lead client relationships within the Canadian market from our Toronto office. This role collaborates closely with the Director and Business Development Manager to ensure clients' investment goals are effectively met, while also addressing concerns and identifying new opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining relationships and contributing to client retention strategies through exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engagements to assess clients' investment needs

• Analyze performance data and conduct portfolio reviews

• Serve as a connection point for internal and external stakeholders

• Facilitate and follow up on client meetings and inquiries

• Collaborate with experts to onboard new client accounts

Requirements:

• 10+ years' investment industry experience

• Strong understanding of institutional clients' needs

• Willingness to travel for client meetings

• Proficiency in market insights and investment discussions

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
