Booking Analyst at Vault

Vault is seeking a meticulous Booking Analyst with 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience. You will play a critical role in validating data uploads, disbursing funds, and reconciling General Ledger accounts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to uphold service levels and resolve funding errors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disburse funds accurately via EFT, Wire, or Cheque

• Validate financial data uploads between systems

• Ensure accuracy of funder checklists and compliance

• Send communication letters to customers as needed

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts for leases and commissions

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in bookkeeping; finance experience preferred

• Strong aptitude for math and detail orientation

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Knowledge of Net Suite and Aspire an asset
