The Account Manager is responsible for managing licensee accounts, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reducing Entandems accounts receivable in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role provides a high level of support to licensees while contributing to individual, team, and departmental targets.

• Contribute to the achievement of the departments annual budget by managing and reducing total accounts receivable.
• Meet established individual quarterly targets.
• Initiate collection calls with licensees in advance of reporting and payment deadlines.
• Generate invoices and apply payments to licensee accounts.
• Conduct outbound accounts receivable calls with existing licensees.
• Receive and resolve inbound calls from licensees.
• Complete detailed accounts receivable data entry, including verifying, recording, updating, and processing customer applications, invoices, documents, payments, and account records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain licensee accounts, including documenting all account-related contacts and correspondence.
• Address and resolve licensee complaints.
• Review, analyze, and prioritize monthly accounts receivable reports, as required.
• Escalate accounts when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures.
• Support Entandems External Unit through collaboration and guidance.
• Participate in team and departmental projects and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong internet navigation and research skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Previous data-entry experience.
