Experienced Repo Trading Support Analyst

Take your expertise to BMO as an Experienced Repo Trading Support Analyst, providing crucial support for our trading desks globally. Efficiently resolve inquiries and guide enhancements in trading operations.

In this pivotal role, you will support BMO’s repo trading activities, working closely with various departments such as Risk and Collateral Management. You will also participate in testing and implementing vendor functionalities, ensuring effective coordination with both internal teams and external trading partners. Your expertise in integration aspects will be essential for resolving trading system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trade support to front, middle, and back offices

• Facilitate enhancements to trading processes as needed

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders and vendors

• Resolve complex issues with trading system integrations

• Ensure trading systems are operational after upgrades

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of repo trading experience

• Deep knowledge of trade life cycles and collateral management

• Familiarity with relevant trading systems and software

• Understanding of bond trading and interest rate derivatives

• Experience in Python and Excel/VBA beneficial
