In this role, you will support the management of delinquent and problem accounts within EQ's Commercial portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve loan collections, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with Account Managers. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing management of active loans and analyze loan data

• Prepare critical reports for Senior Management accurately

• Manage delinquency processes with direct clients and partners

• Assist Account Managers in managing problem loans

• Contribute to departmental projects and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• 3+ years in commercial banking or mortgage lending

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
