In this mid to senior-level role, you will drive deal flow while building robust relationships with borrowers and intermediaries. You will partner closely with internal teams in credit, capital markets, and portfolio management to align investments with risk-return goals. This position offers a chance to impact expansion across Canada, including Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and originate CRE debt opportunities across various products
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Establish relationships with sponsors, developers, and brokers
• Support structuring, underwriting, and negotiation of loan terms
• Present investment opportunities to executive committees
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years in commercial real estate finance
• Proven track record of closing transactions
• Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
