Position: Director of Financial Analytics at RBC
RBC seeks a Director of Forecasting & Balance Sheet Analytics to lead strategic financial planning for Personal Banking and Commercial Banking. This pivotal role focuses on mentoring finance professionals while driving transformation initiatives.

In this leadership position, you'll oversee a team tasked with enhancing capital management and driving financial forecast accuracy. Your strategic direction will shape P&L forecasts and ensure compliance through partnerships with Risk Management and Treasury. You will play a key role in reporting metrics and leading modernization efforts of financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of three finance professionals

• Lead P&L forecasting and KPI reporting

• Direct capital analysis of deposits and lending

• Oversee monthly estimate processes and ensure accuracy

• Implement new financial analytics tools and systems

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience

• 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

• Experience with banking P&L and balance sheet requirements
