Position: Senior Payment Operations Leader at Loop
Drive efficient payment operations as the Senior Payment Operations Lead at Loop in downtown Toronto. Own money movement processes, reconciliation management, and team growth as we scale.

As a pivotal member of Loop, you will be hands-on, responsible for payment settlements and overall financial controls. You will tackle payment exceptions, enhance automated processes, and ensure accurate money movement under compliance standards. Collaborate with various teams while shaping the future of payment operations at Loop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily execution of payment settlements and operations

• Investigate payment failures and create resolution protocols

• Forecast liquidity and monitor settlement volumes regularly

• Manage the chargeback process and analyze root causes

• Build SOPs for all payment workflows and enhancements

Requirements:

• 7+ years in payment operations or financial sectors

• Strong SQL skills for daily data management

• Experience with reconciliation and money movement at scale

• Proven ability to improve operational efficiencies through automation

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
