Strategic Finance Associate at Canadian Strategic Missions

Become a Strategic Finance Associate with Canadian Strategic Missions Corp. (CSMC) in Toronto, Ontario. Focus on critical capital-raising efforts and engage directly with decision makers in innovative sectors such as space and defense.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial models, preparing investor materials, and supporting capital raises through Series A–C funding processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising efforts for Series A, B, and C

• Develop investor communication materials and financial narratives

• Coordinate due diligence and investor engagements

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and decision-making

• Own financial planning and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years in investment banking or strategic finance

• Proven experience in equity fundraising

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis

• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders

• Experience in regulated or tech sectors preferred
